I'm honored to be speaking the the American Montessori Society's annual conference in Washington, DC on March 8, 2008. The AMS is a dynamic organization of Montessori educators with over 11,000 members. I'll be presenting "On Seeing What's Right in Front of You: More Ideas for Inspiring Creativity" to a large group of Montessorians from around the country. I'm especially excited because this lecture goes beyond photography into areas of creativity that can use any medium, especially writing. I recently finished a series of lectures on this topic at ICP and was blessed with a wonderful group of diverse, talented and involved students who took lots of risks.
